Meet Our Chief Effectiveness Officer

Kristin brings more than two decades of experience and expertise in the learning and development industry. She has studied the marketplace and the strengths and weaknesses of hundreds of training products and services and partners with over 50 vendor solutions from all over the world.

Kristin is a past President of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Twin Cities Chapter, currently serves as the sponsor liaison for the Uptown Art Fair, and has served on multiple non-profit boards including the Professional Association for Computer Training (PACT) and Rebuilding Together Twin Cities. 

Kristin currently serves the board of ATD and is a recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners “Woman on the Way” award.
