I consider myself a continuous improvement project and learned long ago that if it doesn’t make money, save money or a combination of both, it shouldn’t be done. I assist my customers in defining “how much money by when” in order to determine whether business issues should be solved for, and if so, how much is reasonable to spend and how soon it needs to get done.
My proposed solutions are based upon your criteria. I can assist in establishing your criteria if you need or want that assistance. I will differentiate methodologies and vendor solutions available in the marketplace for your consideration.
My fees are paid by my vendor solutions partners. Agreements are directly between my customer and vendor partner. I get paid on the back end when I am successful. There is no risk. You get to decide if I am successful in sourcing the right fit for you.
